Welcome

Welcome to this blog.

The idea behind this blog is simple:

Psychology Research at UEL is a community resource for all staff in the School of Psychology at the University of East London.  It is a space to share news about recent publications, grants, and findings and it is a space to discuss ideas that emerge as a part of our research activity.  We can also use it to publicise relevant events, seminars and conferences, and much else beside.

The blog is run by Caroline Edmonds and Tom Dickins, but this really means they have started the exercise - the content is up to you in the School.  If you want to join in access will be provided.  Of course, we expect everyone to abide by the normal rules of polite exchange, as practiced within the University as a whole, and we reserve the right to pull anything upsetting.  But we cannot see that happening given our 50 years of cordial interaction so far.

The next couple of entries are designed to get things moving, and we hope stimulate you all to contribute.

So please read, respond, create and join in!
